Handling of Personal Information

Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") handles information in the mobile app "KIGAKU" (the "App") in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws, as described below.
Information the App does not collect
The App has no account registration, sign-in, or fields for entering personal information. It does not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, precise location, contacts, or photos. We operate no servers and do not collect or store your information.
Information sent for advertising
To keep the App free, it includes the SDK of the advertising service Pangle. For ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention, the SDK sends advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, only if allowed; Advertising ID on Android), ad IDs issued by the SDK, IP address, device information, ad impressions and taps, and diagnostic information directly to Pangle. We do not receive this information.
Information stored only on your device
Your theme setting and personalized-ads choice are stored only on your device and are never sent anywhere. They are erased when you delete the App.
Information received through inquiries
If you email us, your email address, name (if given), and message are used only to reply and investigate problems, and are deleted once no longer needed. They are not provided to third parties.
Provision to third parties in foreign countries
Advertising information is sent to Bytedance Pte. Ltd., operator of Pangle (Singapore; according to its privacy policy, its servers are in the United States and Singapore, and data may be processed in countries where its group companies operate). We do not sell your information.
How to stop information from being sent
iOS: choose "Ask App Not to Track" in the tracking dialog and the IDFA will not be used. Android: choose "Don't allow" on the first-launch prompt and ads will not be personalized. You can delete the Advertising ID in your device settings. You can change either choice under "Ad settings" in "About this app", and sending stops once you delete the App.
Requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion
The only personal data we hold is what we receive through inquiries. For requests such as notification of purpose, disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use, contact us below. We do not hold information obtained by Pangle, so please contact Pangle through the contact listed in its privacy policy.
