Privacy Policy

KIGAKU ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled and how. The App is provided by Fuji Bit Inc.
1. Information we collect
The App has no accounts and we run no servers. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or precise location. Only your theme setting and personalized-ads choice are saved, on your device only, and they are never sent to us.
2. Ads (third party)
The App uses the SDK of Pangle, an ad service of Bytedance Pte. Ltd., to show a banner ad. For ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, the SDK may send the following directly to Pangle:
- Advertising identifier (on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking; on Android, the advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate region inferred from it
- Device information such as model, OS, language and screen size
- Ad impressions, clicks and SDK diagnostics

3. Tracking permission (iOS)
On iOS, the App shows the system tracking dialog after launch, and the ad SDK starts only after you respond. If you decline, the IDFA is not used and ads are not personalized; all features stay available. You can change this in iOS Settings. After you respond, "Ad settings" appears in "About this app".
4. Personalized ads (Android)
On Android, the App asks at first launch whether ads may be personalized, and the ad SDK does not start until you answer. If you decline, ads still appear but are not personalized. You can change this in "About this app" > "Ad settings". You can also reset your advertising ID in the device settings.
5. Sharing
Apart from the ad delivery above, the App does not share or sell your information.
6. Deleting data
We hold no data about you on servers. Settings on your device are removed when you uninstall the App. For data collected by Pangle, contact Pangle through its policy above.
7. Children
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes
This policy may change without notice. Changes are posted on this page.
